                                 Please read carefully and make sure you agree with our terms.

*If you receive an item and choose not to keep it - it must be: unopened, unused, unwashed, and resalable in the original packaging within 15 days of the original date delivered.

·         *Order shortages or damages must be claimed within 48 hours of you receiving the order.

·         *All returns and refunds need to be approved before you send the item(s) back. You will need an RA# from customer service, so you can return your item.

·         *A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders.

·         *If an item(s) is refused- shipping charges are non-refundable and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

·         *Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

·         *Refunds for an item with ‘FREE SHIPPING’ will be credited for the item ‘ONLY’, minus the shipping charges we payed to ship you the order. The 20% restocking will still apply.

  Order Changes or Cancelling Orders

You have 24 hours to change or cancel an order. After the 24 hour period is up your item will be shipped as is.

Shipping Methods

We ship UPS ground service. It will take 5-7 business days for you to receive your order.
